effectz.com is the the creative space and online portfolio of Ryan Bell. I am a 29 year old full-time and freelance Web Designer located in Northern Virginia.

When I'm not working on Web Design, I spend my time drawing, writing, taking pictures, listening to music, watching sports, exercising, and more recently, blogging.
